I have a black A hen that went broody and she pulled all the feathers out of her chest and has not went back to laying. She is acting like a rooster. Is there anything I can give her to help her get back to being a hen. I have no roosters She is just 10 months old

You need to break the broody behavior if you don't want her to be broody. There are several ways, some easy, some not. The easiest way I have found is to remove the hen from the flock and put her in a dog crate with only food and water. No nest box, no straw/bedding. 3 days of this isolation usually gets the hen back to reality that I am not going to let her hatch out eggs at this point.

Other things you can do if the above is not an option for you, is remove all eggs, fake and real to make sure she is sitting on an empty nest at all times. You can put ice cubes in the nest box under her. Put them in a ziplock bag to avoid a mess.

Repeatedly remove her from the nest box and the area if possible.

Her egg laying pattern will resume when she is not broody. Hope this helps.

She is not broody anymore but she acts like a rooster and she is not laying Is they something I can give her to get her hormones back in order where she is laying again
