no shell?

Today i had 3 eggs instead of my 2 that i had been getting...
Except the 3rd egg had no shell,just that inner lining of the shell, wich was very thick and rubbery..then thier was this strange white tube filled in egg white..Is this normal for a new layer, oh and i do have oyster shell for them to eat..will she lay normal soon?

Think of it as the baby ran out of mats to pump out a full egg.It takes alot of work for us to produce a egg in a day!If shes pushin two then you better say alittle payer tonighte for her and hope she stays the pusher that she is...lol.....

I wouldn't worry. It's a staring thing. Sometimes they don't quite get it right or some non yolk stuff fell into the place where eggs are formed and a pseudo egg was made.
