No tail feather???

I am totally new at this posting stuff so forgive me if I have done something wrong, Hopefully someone will have an idea. It seems my girls have almost completed their molting process, but they seem to be missing tail feathers, and while i dont' see anyone picking on anyone else, I have seen blood where the feathers seem to be missing. The blood has gone away, but still no feathers, and the kicker is no eggs. Like maybe 1 every 4 days from 14 hens. any ideas...?????

If, you're seeing blood, somebody has plucked out the new feathers. Chickens quit laying during their molt, so, that's why the lack of e ggs.

so how long till they start laying again? We have had chickens for several years and I guess I just dont' remember it lasting this long before, Of course we didn't have 14 before. LOLO
