No Tail Feathers on Chicks?

I have 13 chicks all different breeds, They are 3 weeks old. 2 of my Black Australorps, and 1 of my Black Jersey Giants have not grown in tail feathers. All the other chicks have and 1 of my Black Jersey Giants grew tail feathers. So whats going on? Does this mean they might be roos?

I don't think that means their roosters. Some of my girls have done that. Do you want to post pictures?

they may just be the slower growing ones of the bunch.
I wouldn't worry too much.
Pics would be great for comparison to their flock mates.

While it does happen that at 2 (ish) weeks can be one indicator of gender, it isn't hard and fast. Tail feathering is one piece of the puzzle.
