No veins in quail egg help!

Hello, i am new to hatching quail but have hatched birds before. I am on day 11 and candled them last night but couldn't see any veins in my california quail eggs only a darker orange patch. I would love it if someone could tell me if this is normal or not.

Can you post some candling pics so we can see what you mean? Do you have a calibrated thermometer? They probably are infertile. Where did you get these eggs?

I can send a picture but not at the moment. I got them off ebay as there are no other places to get them where i live. They should be fertile but i dont know how to tell.

If there are more than half infertile ones contact the seller. Maybe they will send you replacements.

We think the yolk is darkening? Maybe they will just take a bit longer to hatch. My phone cant handle sending a picture it crashes.
