Hiya, Thope, and welcome to BYC! I hatch a lot and go over the 24-hour mark before I try to help, and usually only if that's that last egg in there that didn't hatch yet. They are far better off hatching themselves. Some will just pop right out in a few minutes, and others have to take a lot of long breaks.
