I just saw this question today, as I was checking on the Internet to see if there has been any change. But at the time of your questioning, we're not allowed to have chickens within the Noblesville city limit. It's such a shame, because Carmel, Westfield, and Fishers all allow backyard chickens, so I really don't understand why we can't.
