I think they could be both pullets.

I agree with bburn. Give cochins some time to mature before making a decision about not being a pullet, IMO.

he has a tail already, the attitude of a male too. he busts through the others at anything, like 'letme at it....' His neck is twice as long as Peaches. she is this cute little fluff ball, and he is a tall lanky fluff sort of ball.
