NOISY guineas!!!!!!!

I was wondering why my guineas were attacking my rooster... I guess it's because it's laying season?

It's just the normal, seasonal hormones; breeding/laying season aggression. And... the fact that they are Guineas, not chickens.
Guineas are not the only type of poultry that do not get along with chickens tho...

It depends on each individual coop/pen/flock situation, but not every mixed flock gets along regardless of what the flock consists of. Turkeys are known to stomp on chickens, Pheasants cannibalize them, and chickens and ducks can have their own issues as well... etc. My point was that Guineas always get a bad rap about not peacefully co-existing with chickens, but they aren't the only type of bird/domesticated poultry that has aggression issues directed towards chickens in mixed flocks.
