Even in the AOV class you'll need to designate what variety you are exhibiting; Calico, Blue Laced Red, Lemon Blue, etc.... otherwise you'll be disqualified as the judge will not know what to do with your exhibit.

I know I'm in another country but if it's anything like over here, you can show them but they'll only be able to be placed (win anything) in the section they are in. Chances are they won't get any further unless it happens to be the only one in the class.

Either way, it's still a fun experience entering them and getting a judges opinion

Loads of people here show non recognised colours of Silkies and one came third in its class last time I was at a show.
