Yes. It's a "feature" of fancier silkies if they have both. A breeder I bought both chicks and eggs from has the ones with both that I wanted.

I have some silkies with beards that aren't vaulted, and some with vaults that aren't bearded.

There are very beautiful silkies that have neither vaults nor beards. I posted a couple on your other post. I still have some older ones of this kind, but I'm gravitating to the bearded and vaulted ones. It's just a personal preference.
