(Non) Crested Cream Legbar hen?

Cream Legbar ears are typically white with a blue-green tint to them, while your chicken's are yellow. She could be a hybrid between Cream Legbar and Leghorn, if that could be possible.

While mix ups do happen, having a trait that is not sop does not make it into another breed. I think you will have blue eggs soon.

I raised a batch of hens and one was supposed to be a blue andelusian.
But she looked like this...

She is very fat. And lays a brown egg. I said hey, what the heck this was the only blue chicken I ordered, they gave me a credit.
I think she is a blue orpington. Which cost more than the BA.
I am hatching a couple BA's in the next few days. (and blue orpington's too.)
What must have happened is I ordered some Bargain straight run, and when it got time to load the BA, saw I had a Blue chick and thought they had loaded the Blue Andelusian.

She looks almost like a twin to one of the birds I got as part of a "colorful egg layer assortment." I think mine may either be an olive egger or a blue copper or blue cuckoo maran as while she's one of the biggest hens I've got she's not quite orpington size.

I haven't been able to narrow down whether she's laying green eggs or she's the solo bird of the new batch that's laying medium to dark brown eggs.

I agree- she’s cute and very sweet and mild mannered. I think the crests look wild and crazy

I bought this girl as a chick 6 months ago from mypetchicken.com. She obviously doesn’t have the crest on her head. She hasn’t laid yet. Is it possible that she is a non-crested Cream Legbar? Or did they just send me the wrong chick?

She laid a big, gorgeous blue (with a hint of green) egg!!! 7 months old

I would say that is a Brown Leghorn instead.
