Non Emergency-Perhaps Devise a way to correct mild crossbeak?

I know this appliance was attached to the skull bones of this parrot.
I was thinking perhaps something like a falcon hood (with eye slits)
An appliance hooked to the hood.

Any ideas? I don't have a crossbeak to test on.

Bummer...I had hoped some of the expert members would help me to create an appliance for
repairing cross/scissor beak.
