Non-Fertile or Fertile Egg - Can anyone advise?

Looks fertile to me.

Do you see that little white dot in the middle of the egg? That is a bullseye and it means it is fertile.

I ordered 3 buff silkies (female) from "my pet chicken" - hoping they were all going to be hens.
Now it seems like at least two might be "roos" - they will be 20 weeks next Tuesday, so they are definitely reaching that "age." I put them in with my older laying hens, so I guess I need to be a bit more careful.

Well, the white dot is on every yolk, Debi, but it's the circle around the dot that is the sign of a fertile egg, just to clarify.
