Non laying chickens

Ok guys gals i have redstars that are 9 months old. They haven’t laid anything these are the 4th set i had over the years. I haven’t did anything different with these. Any ideas?

It is unusual for them to not be laying. Same feed, same husbandry, same source ?

It is the exact same everything. Thats why I don’t understand lol.

Same age at same time of year?
Do you free range?
Do they look like they should be laying, really red combs, etc?
