Non meat breed turkeys?

Just something I'm curious about, as I probably won't have turkeys again until I have more land. Are there any breeds that don't get overly large (weight wise)? Or are they all meant to get huge and fat? If anyone could throw me a list of breeds that would be awesome! Thanks .

Broad breast white and bronze are the meat varieties. Most common found in farm stores.
The heritage turkeys are the ones that easily breed and live a good life.

All domestic turkeys are the breed Turkey.
