Several weeks now, mornings sucked;
With insomnia!

my circadian,
rythmn has been chaotic;
12, to 5 AM.

Spring cleaning routine,
Never seems to be the same;
Reality crashed.

When forcing ones self,
Foundation of truth & care;
Getting out of ruts.

Chicken coop clean out,
Deep litter method reboot.
Flip compost later!

Cleaning out solo,
After lunch took all daylight;
Next step, spray for bugs.

Need to move broodies,
Their crates are almost ready;
This is far from fun.

I REALLY hate mites!
They’re almost as bad as fleas.
Scorched earth policy.

don’t know when I’ll spray,
Several hours to “air out”;
Too many “corners”.....
