Hi! This is my first post with BYC. I am incubating pekin ducks for a friend. I am on day 21. The air cell sizes are non uniform across all eggs, which I have seen in chicken eggs and have not had problems. However, with the duck eggs, the air cell sizes are very different from one egg to the next. I am in Florida and have outstanding chicken egg hatches with dry incubation. I am using the same practice on the duck eggs with great results with 70% of the eggs. The other 30% of the eggs seem to be less porous and therefore could use greater humidity.
My dilemma is: do I give extra humidity to the eggs that could use it....or do I keep low humidity to those that need it? What would you do? Any tricks you can think of?
Thanks!

Can you get clear pictures of the air cells in a few eggs... So we can see the difference?
Are you sure the eggs are still alive and that none of them have quit?
