noobie, wanting advice, and knowing that i'm asking what has been answered 1000 times yet still conf

Thanks guys, I'm using a very large dog crate covered in a tarp with a heat lamp right now to grow them out. I agree that I'll need a little more insulation for winter. I'm trying to figure out how to add some ventialtion to the new dog house but not too much for winter. We've had a run of really mild winter the last few, but there still are some stretches that get into the single digits to negative degrees here and there, so it can get cold. I think i may add some pipe heat tape to the coup that automatically turns on when it gets to 40 degrees, i think that'll be safer than running a heat lamp unsupervised. Have awhile till I need to worry about that

got the poop board built and roost, rigged up a few nesting boxes using old pots inverted, bought a rubber horse stall mat for the bottom, sweet PMZ and some DE, now I just need to add some ventilation and the coup should be good to go.
