I did help him. I just flaked off some of the shell away from the pip hole and put him back in. Its been over an hour and he doesnt seem pressed to zip. He is just sitting in his shell chirping and sometimes popping his beak out. Not sure what his plans are. He started to pip at 12:30-1:00 today.

This was my last guy to pop out today............I put this little blk EE in 5 days later he piped this morning and when I got home from work there he was. Im soooo impressed with Brinsea. As I said before this is my first hatch and 24 out of 24 fuzzy butts hatched..... I can't believe it I thought if I got 70% Id be doing good but 100.............% Hell ya. Thanks Brinsea

My first pip didnt make it but my second started at 1:30 this afternoon and hatch about 20 mins ago. So 9:30 which is 8 hours.

I have 26 buff oprington eggs in my Brinsea Octo 20, with automatic rocker. They are expected to hatch 5/13/11. This will be my second hatch using the Brinsea Octo 20 and I love it.
