Hi!
I have a local pond in my back yard with a path around it. I have. Been going and feeding the ducks all summer. There was only one family of Canadian geese and they had 3 babies there. One of them was just a little off from the start...( lost his baby feathers last, was more small, more friendly, had a skin tag thing on his face at first..then at one point ate some netting i had to pull out of his mouth...ECT) I named him cuz he always came close to me and was so friendly . . its been a couple months now . All the babies look grown up, but I went there today like I do everyday and the family is gone and Norbert is still there. I called his name and he came running to me...
Is he a weak goose for the group? Is he attached to me ? Could be have mental/health issues? I hate knowing he is out alone without his family. He is such a sweety . Any thoughts ?
