We had SO much fun meeting everyone (and seeing Debi again)!!! We have got to do another one again...SOON!!

Now I have to go search the recipe section and find Debi's salsa recipe. Don't worry...I didn't forget! I will post the Mango Chipotle Pulled Pork recipe tomorrow.

ETA: I think Stupid has got to be the sweetest rooster I have ever met!

Shelly, I think it is because I don't cook them or take the seeds out. That has to be it, because they are just normal everyday jalapeno and yellow peppers.

Sorry guys, for some reason I thought it was going to be on Sunday... longranger PM'd me last night wondering why I didn't show. Had chickens on the brain I guess. I was a few blocks away, scraping poop, shoveling poop, dusting birds, cleaning waterers, sitting on a stump watching them peck and dustbathe, figuring out how to make more pens with less effort, you know, the usual stuff. I swear I could just "do chickens" all day long. Forget work, housework, yardwork, I just like chicken work!

Thanks BarkerChickens! Those pulled pork sandwiches were awesome! Next time we do this, it'd be fun to compare homebrews if we decide to get back into it. It's not often that I meet someone else that enjoys a good tripel!
