I am going to pull her now and put her in a separate brooder box I have.

I would not do that. It's only going to prolong the length of time it takes her to integrate with the other birds. Just leave her be and she'll sort things out. She's isolating herself because she doesn't have any friends. If you separate her from the other birds she can't make any friends.

Welcome to BYC. Since she is not being targeted, I would not remove her from the flock. Being without company would increase her fear. Chickens hate change. She is in a new environment with a new flock. Give her time to adjust.
