Normal breathing or concern?

I noticed that two of my hens were open mouth breathing today. I do live in North Texas, so it has been getting much warmer, so not sure if it’s heat related. They also kind of make what sounds like a gasping sound every now and then when they are doing it. They have plenty of water and seem to be eating and drinking okay. Didn’t get any eggs from them the last 2 days, but figure that can be normal. I attached the best picture I could get for reference, as I don’t know if/how I can upload a video. My other three hens are totally fine.

I'm afraid you'll have to upload the video to YouTube or someplace like that.

I'd keep an eye on them. If they are doing it continuously and even during cooler times of the night (and the others are not) there may be a problem. Are they heavy hens?

I can try and do that if you think seeing the video will help. I definitely will keep an eye on them. They aren’t too heavy, I’d say 4lbs maybe?
