Normal Dominique behavior???

View attachment 1931063 I picked up another Dominique chick a couple of days ago, and she follows me everywhere. She flies up on my back or shoulder if I’m crouched down doing something in the run. She seems to almost demand she be petted or held. She would rather follow me and see what I’m doing than to be with the other chicks. Is this normal?

Sounds as if the chick is human imprinted.

That is the questioned chick. I was under the impression that if they have black feet/legs, they are female. This one and my other Dom have black legs. Is this not the case? I’m so confused. Lol

I'm looking at the size of the comb, and how its starting to turn red. I'm also looking at the color on the bars... Thicker white bars than black bars is also indicative of a cockerel.
