Normal egg laying

Hello, new to BYC and raising them my hens have been laying a few weeks now and I had one hen that was a little later than the others, she has been laying for a couple weeks... the last two days I noticed 1 egg was missing should I be concerned?? Is there something wrong with one of them and how do I tell which one?

nevermind Spoke to soon! She laid a beautiful egg!
