Normal for pekin ducklings to loose feathers on wings?

I have 4 pekin ducklings that are about 2-3 weeks old and they are starting to get feathers on there wings but on the tips of the wings they are Bare pink is this Normal ? I have 2 heat lamps on them because there in a pen to much heat ?

Normal, they do that... i find it's super noticeable on yellow ducklings vs other colours. Can they get away from the lamp? as long as they can it should be ok, where are they being brooded? i have one 175watt on my 3wk old Muscovy and they are with their mama and out in the barn.

Ok thank you that helps a lot and there in a pen with open holes all over like a dog cage so the heat escapes fast so i thought 2 qould be ok there 250 watt bulbs and there in the barn so its drafty but they never seem cold thanks again

I was about to ask the same question, I have 2 yellow runners, their wings look pink at the edges. I was wondering if they were being picked on.
