Normal looking chicken legs?

Quick question. Is this normal looking chicken leg, has some dry looking patches. Or possibly leg mites?? Hopefully, I attached picture right.

Perhaps that could be some early leg mites on the left leg. You can rub some oil or vaseline into the legs scales 1-2 times per week.
