Normal poop?

Got some chickens from someone. They are quarantined. Is this normal poop?

It did get wet, hence how watery it is. Just looks different than any of my other chickens!

One poop like that wouldn't bother me, but more than one I would de-worm orally with liquid Safeguard for goats or Safeguard horse paste at .2ml -.5ml for 3-5 days. If you decide to worm, make sure you get Safeguard, do not let the feedstore sell you Wazine!

Like any worm photos I googled. Does it to you?
 
I would deworm them just based on the fact that they are new to you and unless you know exactly how they've been raised and when/if they've been dewormed they can easily bring along a nice load of parasites to share with your existing birds. Then I would just keep an eye on their poops for the remainder of their quarantine.

X2! No reason not to worm all new birds.
