That looks like extra calcium deposits. They can be normal. I saw them more when I fed a layer ration, and now I hardly ever see them feeding an all flock with a separate bowl of oyster shells, so I think they are from too much calcium, otherwise just a system glitch.

...and may be normal for that bird....or it may go away, or not, or reappear periodically.Some birds do chronically get calcium deposits on their egg. They're completely safe to eat.
