Normal roo behavior?

I like to give him food so he can tell the girls he found it.
Have you ever recorded the rooster call noise and then played it to the girls?
Me and my brother did it once. All the girls legged it over. The rooster looked a bit angry.

Im out of the honeymoon phase with my oldest roo, he makes nests for me but he is done feeding me.
He wont let his son pick up the slack either.
Best I can figure until I lay im not getting fed😳
Just like men to expect a girl to put out...

Eggs. Put out eggs. Get your minds out of the gutter!

I have two roosters at the moment, and I can't carry either in the sight of the other.
The one who isn't being carried makes offended noises and flaps his wings.
And I have had the occasional triumphant crow from the one I'm holding. The cheeky little whatsits.

He's mimicked my human husband perfectly, the good hubby days are gone.
Lucky for me the "old man" days came around to keep me making sandwiches like nature intended. :lau
