Normal toes?

I have not hatched feather footed chicks before. The eggs were given to me. I was told i was getting marans and americaunas. Hatched before , no problems, hatch quail all the time. This is new to me. Do feather footed chicks have normally short stubby outer toes? They seem to have trouble with balance a little more than im used to seeing. One of each in pics.

They look normal to me in the second picture.

yes, that is the Americauna, they are normal. what do you think about the feather footed one? I can get another chick and take another pic.

Ok so the outside toe does look a bit stubby but if it is, what would you do?
I wouldn't worry about it.

well, I do not want to pass on this kind of genetic disorder if that is what this could be.

I'd wait till they mature to decide on conformation.
