Normal Wing Growth Spurt?

Hello! If I’m doing my math right the chicks are about a week old- starting to get in their feather and looking quite silly!
I have one Silver Laced Polish (Estelle) who’s feathers seem to be growing faster than she can keep up with!
Does Angel Wing exist in Chickens?
