Maybe you have a friend who would do the processing part then all you'd have to do is clean up and put him in the pot?

My uncle is hunter and cleans bird but he doesn't live close enough and I've been asking around my area but can't seem to find anyone…?

Is there someone that could maybe give me a step by step and some tips?

Thanks! This afternoon after a long game of chase, I managed to corral him in my grow out pen, which is 6ft long by 2ft wide and is half coop half run. So that where he'll stay until the deed is done!
