Luke love those partridge silkies!!!! Partridge are by far my favorite ... I do still have the EE's but I am waiting on Coop to see if she still wants them, and if she doesn't I do have another taker for them.

Okie Dokie, if no one comes let me know! Thanks! the Partridges are my fave too... there's also 2 splash and 2 blues in that brooder! I'm guessing they're about 3 and a half weeks now? It's about time to move them outside!!! will someone make the rain STOP?!? it's clean out day and I really don't want to do it in the rain :(

I never really got the hang of the old BYC, so i guess the new BYC wont matter much to me. Guess i better follow this NC thread!
Bout time you get on board!!

I gave you a double dose of hugs to help make up for yesterday!! Hope today is better for you!!

BHep - Thank you for the well wishes. I know I have overpacked for DD but I'd rather have TOO much for her than not enough...I'm not use to disposable diapers, so I packed several extra outfits...in case of "leakage" and/or OTHER nastiness!! Now if I could only decide what I am going to need...LOL. Glad to have some chicken therapy to help me kill time!!

It will be very interesting to try and figure out the new BYC, but so far I am liking most of it.
I seen alot of people are weirded out by the 'follow user' feature though. lol But its kinda like Twitter, you'll know where they post, just like before when you go to a person's profile and checked their threads or auction listings.

Just on my first view!! What a difference indeed.............

On the good news now: Out of 7 Silkie eggs from Henry and harem, on dry incubation, I have 7 chicks hatched out last night and today, All pipped and zipped on their own. This is the way I will be going from now on......

Pics to follow tonight if i can work out how?

Ok, first test was finding you guys... so far, so good.

I haven't figured out how to find my last post, or the posts I have posted in only. Somehow I ended up in the Michigan thread before I got here. So I guess this is going to take me some time to get used to. Anyone have any advice? :D

Anyways, sorry I haven't been around much... still in pain, but forcing myself to enjoy the nicer days. So I did get started in my garden this past weekend cleaning up. Got some hay bales to make new paths in the veggie garden, cleaned the chicken coops, turned and moved the compost piles and even went fishing with hubby. The house needs some cleaning today and I really need to find time to go into town. Glad its raining today actually... maybe I can get more inside stuff done. :p
