The hen is just really dark brown. She has a little yellow chick in front right in the middle. Maybe Bhep will post the full size pic for you to see.

Evening everyone! I'm getting super excited about the show, but not for bird reasons! Thanks to Em, I am going home with a new pup! I can't wait to meet everyone! Too bad there isn't room for my big fat ducks, or I'd bring them along with me!

I am so glad he's going to a "normal" home. I think he'll be a lot happier there. Our house just has so much going on all the time.

We're getting our new puppy on Saturday. We were going to get her at the show as well, but our chihuahua had another "Attack" and our vet advised us that a pup might cheer him up enough to stop him giving up completely.

I am! I am so excited to meet this ugly little thing! My poor husband just rolled his eyes and said in a defeated tone...I can't believe you.... I knew I had a good dh when I asked how he felt about hatching duck eggs and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sure.

and this nked pup! I have started into the knitting addiction, so I just had to have him, if only to find reason to go to the yarn store!
