Ok, the only reason I had it on her was that I was worried she was in shock right after it happened. She was shivering so bad and her feet were freezing. That's all stopped now though.

good call....

Good Morning, Everyone!

AmyLou, I hope your bird is better this morning!

Back to work today. I'm taking Jake today to see how he does. He hasn't had one of those panting/needy attacks for a bit, and he's been unhappy about staying home. Plus, my shoulders hurt from using the sticks at the fiber festival. I only have labs today, so he can't disrupt that too much.

I'm seriously considering coming to WCA next weekend just to visit. Anyone else going next weekend? (hard to socialize by myself, ya know!)

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning folks

We are trying to get these boys off to school, and, yes, it is raining still...

Going for a wonderful day at the VA in Fayetteville, and then to pick up those two city birds from Stacey to bring back here. Both birds are roos, and one should be able to live here doing what a roo likes to do..... well after I get him a few females from Beth anyway! If not he can become someones fuzzy pet (white Silkies), like the other one. I have re-homed one of them to a friends daughter who will really enjoy him!

Don't forget... many roos go into crock pots, as only one is needed per half dozen or so females, but if outside off the city limmits they can be great pets. Stacey still has a Frizzle in need of a good home I think???

Beth: I may have a dark brahma roo for you in a few months if you want him. I have 3 and one is for sure a roo and one is for sure a hen.
