Beth and I are friends on Facebook, so that's how I knew.

I just went to google images and found a pic I like copied and pasted it.

TarHeel: do you sell eggs for eating? You're the closest to me, and I'm trying to get an idea of what to price my chicken and duck eggs at. I just found out this morning (after hubby made scrambled eggs and bacon for me for breakfast) that I'm not only allergic to duck eggs, but also allergic to chicken eggs.

Hubby and kids won't be able to eat all the eggs we're getting between the ducks and the chickens, so I'm going to need to sell them.

I don't sell mine. What we don't eat goes to family and friends. I have a friend who cannot eat grocery store eggs but can eat ours. Sorry I'm not much help. Maybe check Craigslist and see what might be on there?

Thanks. I checked CL, and the nearest posting to me was located near greensboro. I'll just put a feeler ad out there for a price, and see what happens. I do have some family here that would take some of the chicken eggs, but turned her nose up at the duck eggs.

Also, if you run across anyone selling their eggs at any local markets, etc, offer to contribute to their inventory. I used to have someone buy eggs from me weekly, and she then sold to a local market.
