I wonder if heat tape would work around a bucket? I use the 5gl bucket with nipples on the bottom also. I have been hauling hot water out...what are thoughts on heat tape?

I don't have the right tools to modify the second bucket so it wouldn't work for me. Plus the heat tape cost about the same as the aquarium heater. In the end it was cheaper and simpler to get the aquarium heater. This is the one I got:

Thanks!! I read on there crockpots!!! That would be cool to find crockpots at a fleamarket to do so.
