I hope everyone is safe in this crazy weather we're having. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. It's nasty here in Moore County and we're really getting a lot of rain. Big Weather from ABC11 was just talking about the tornado watch so many of us are under. Stay safe

We were okay here in Wilson. The wind blew one of the pen doors open. Two bantams escaped, but when my daughter went to shut the door the rest of the way, they all saw her and squeezed out. We just left them out for the day.

Snowing is sticking here!! It is also the first snowflakes we’ve seen this winter.

So pretty. We ended up with about 2 1/2 inches in Wilson

The snow was beautiful! We ended up with about 2 inches, maybe 2.5 inches here in West End, NC. So much of the snow is already gone with the exception of heavily shaded areas. I didn't get out on the roads today but FedEx delivered here and I asked my driver about the roads. He said the roads were clear, even early this morning. I guess it's better to be prepared and not experience the worst case scenario, than to not be prepared at all. My daughter (8 year old) really enjoyed the snow and of course I enjoyed it with her. We've heard about some power outages around us, but haven't had any outages.

Only about 1.5” for us.

Almost all our snow melted yesterday but it was pretty while it lasted.
