They need a source of water that isn't frozen.

Aside from that I can't think of anything. I'm about 90 minutes' drive east of you, and in a zone that's a little more temperate.

I have a duck male and female sibling pair looking for a home. They were hatched out by my broody duck and raised together. The drake is a Buff/Saxony/WH/KC and the female is an Ancona, possibly mixed. Located in Taylors, SC, 20 minutes from the NC border. They are 11 weeks old.

Hi! I have three male ducks that are 14ish weeks old that need a new home. They outnumber my females and have started getting frisky with them and I want them to go before they hurt the females. I am hoping to sell them. There are buff ducks and one hybrid 300 type that looks like a mallard but domestic type. Very chatty fellows and rather hefty. Located in Zebulon NC.

Hi! I can't take them but if you get desperate there's a poultry auction in Stokes, just north of Greenville, every other Saturday. I was able to get rid of my extra cockerels that way.

The only place that would take my cockerels was near Charlotte, all the rest were full or not taking chickens. I found out about the auction by talking to sellers at our local farmers' market.

I figured this is appropriate place to post some pictures of NC state fair. I was there today.

First off the parking situation was annoying. Today everyone had to park far away and took shuttle to fair group. It took 50 min from parking to fair venue arrival . Here we are waiting for shuttle.

But I did enjoy the fair.
