My computer won't bring up emails or text I have an apple iphone and lap top so they are usually synced, I can't do anything on my computer. Then late evening for some reason my texts and new emails will come onto my computer and I can use it to get on line this has just been in the last couple of days. Today I have been able to get on line on my phone but it was only BYC and I was actually looking for info for you about sexing Muscovy and duck duck go worked for me to get on you tube which duck duck go hasn't worked since we lost power. I am just baffled about how this works But I am happy to be here again. We haven't had power for 17 days now. Forgot to say when my computer start working and my phone starts up the texts come in so fast and my emails too.
I have never heard of that problem before. I think it is related to bandwidth just like
@aart said.
All your messages coming at one time at start up probably means the device was not receiving the messages when it was offline, and when internet came, some kind of problem stopped it from getting all the messages, maybe the internet wasn't strong enough or so. If that's the case, then once you get a chance to come online, restart your devices immediately and they should be receiving all the texts and emails. I don't use iphone so I don't really know how exactly they work, but I am pretty sure it's similar to android as both needs to get to the internet in the same way.
As for the Muscovy, I approached all of them to see what sound they make. 2 of them made sounds that are quite weird, the best description I was able to make is as if it is trying to spit while breathing through its mouth. The last duck didn't really make any sound at first, but after following it for a bit (This one just keeps running away), it made a sound just like the sound I heard from female muscovies in videos. I think that the two with a black spot on their head (one large and one with a bit of black) are males, and the one that is fully white is female.
I also noticed the way they stand, and the duck which I think is female keeps stepping on it foot or standing with both of them close to each others, which confirms it for me. For some reason though, the male muscovies aren't that much bigger than the female I have.
Thank you very much for helping me.
