Happy Mothers Day !!!!

Re-homed 2 young roosters yesterday to a family I know from church and our DDs go to school together. They just bought 16 young layer hen (I had nothing to do with it) and asked me if I had roosters.

Mom & Dad wanted a "big manly rooster" so I gave them a BCM and their DD wanted something pretty, she picked out the Splash BLRW. She tucked that little guy under her arm and never put him down

he looked like a purse.

So happy they have a new home and 16 hens to share.

Final count on yesterdays hatch is 9. 6 GLP, 1 GLP X ? and 2 Seramas. 1 had a real rough time and yes I helped. It had a big hole but never zipped and was stuck, I hatched him out and left him in the hatcher overnight. He made it

And is now in the brooder.

Next hatch is Quail due the 10th. This is my 1st time hatching Quail.
