I just talked to Double A on the phone. Gee, you guys are quick!!! We can't do our deal until next Saturday.

So.....she is willing to give up one of the BOs.

Needing some advise.... I have never hung treats from the ceiling as I have read about in other threads.... but I have several comets, black sexlinks and brown leghorn that I have moved together in a an area we call the breezeway. These are all pullets approx 18 to 20 weeks old. All pullets except one brown leghorn cockerel. Of course they are establishing the pecking order, but I thought it may help to have some distractions other than a little scratch feed. So....my questions is if I suspend a head of cabbage, do I need to be concerned they may pull off pieces too big. I don't want to try to avoid pecking just to create another problem with a piece of cabbage stuck in their crop. Any advise?

I have a very cute silkie hen that a friend gave me and she has the cutest little barred cochens (did I spell that right?).

Hope to take some pictures later today. But getting ready for fair entries this afternoon. So I might not getter all done today!!!!
