I would if I lived a little closer. I work at a boatyard where we restore antique wooden yachts. You could say I have some experience refinishing wooden surfaces. What are you using to sand? I hope you're not using a jitterbug or a DA. It will take you forever. Of course if I came and helped you finish your floor, then I would have no excuse for the sorry shape that my floors are in. My husband keeps threatening to do the floors himself (he's definitely a better finish carpenter than myself), but I have yet to see him start. He also promised me a shoe rack and I have yet to see that too.
