and welcome to the new folks.......glad to meet you

I prefer flock swaps or local breeders for getting new
birds. WCA is nice but at swaps and breeders you
can pick-up the birds and feel them.......check them
over for general health.....and then there is the added
nicety of getting to chat with the owner/seller. I prefer
the swap on the Hwy 210/53 split in the Cedar Creek/
Beaver Dam area......but that's just me

The hospital has guest access! And I always have my iPad mini with me, so I can visit today! Woohoo! Daddy had to be here at 5:45...but they don't actually check people in until 6:00. Why have people come so much earlier? Silly. We are waiting now for them to take him away. Keep your crossables crossed today!

I'm hoping today is a bit warmer...I'd LOVE to get the kids outside and just run around...DD told me yesterday it was "too cold" and proceeded to run around the house in her winter PJ's all day.

I don't know...I might not be able to claim this one as my own!! LOL.

Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes! They are back working on him now. He should be done by 10:00 if all goes well.

We are trying to entertain Mom in the waiting room. After her emergency double bypass, she had so much oxygen deprivation that she has NO short term memory. She asks the same questions repeatedly and doesn't understand many things. Poor Mom.
