Is there anything more enjoyable than watching a grandmother see snow for the first time in her life? Too cool! She and the kids were all excited and tickled pink at the snow. She was delighting in every flake that landed on her. Meanwhile everyone else had the usual.... yeah it's nice but I'm cold, let's get out of here. Sometimes we forget the beauty in things and take them for granted more than we should.

That is wonderfully put. I was 14 when I first saw snow & thought it was so beautiful, I still think it is beautiful, but now the cold gets to me more than it used to. I just stay inside and watch the beauty of the snow falling.

Yes so many people take things for granted, but after 2 head on car accidents I have learned that you don't take anything for granted as you never know when it or you will be gone. So people, take a little time out of your day to be thankful for everything and stop and smell the roses for a change.

I love the beauty of snow....I just hate having to do chores in it and deicing waters several times a day. But I always go play in it with the kids.

Nothing like your plans for the night not happening due to a kid, who pops up outta bed screaming "WHATS THIS". Covered in throw up, and still going. Glad I had only planned on washing my head. Gonna be a lloonngg night

Good morning folks

I vote for no school today........only because I'm really feeling
it. I'm not looking forward to trying to wheel around on icy
roads in traffic that may not know how to drive in a sane manner.

RF......sure hope that little one gets better real fast........
and for once they DON'T share.
