I've almost bought one a couple times too, but DH talked me out of it. I'm pretty sure we aren't zoned for goats either....though my next door neighbor has 14 dogs that I've counted, I believe more inside, so they really don't have much room to complain about me buying a goat...

He all, just wanted to give a shout out to Jeremy over at Fayetteville Poultry. We picked up 2 Cinnamon Queens, 1 GL Wyandotte, 1 Barnvelder and 1 Buff Orpington on SUN. He was super easy to work with and gave us lots of useful advice. I would highly recommend him for you chick needs.

Now, we watch them grow and finish up their coop!!

i dont have an incubator.. i want to do it .. i gotta find an incubator . this would be soooo fun!

I got my incubator a week before the NYD hatch a long at tractor supply for about $50 or a tad more. its a great bator but humidity was hard to keep in dead winter for me. note to self: don't hatch in the winter again.

good luck finding the bator! we would love for you to join us! this time I may not do the hatch.....planning on going out of town tot he beach 2 weeks after easter and I don't want chicks in the garage unfed.....
