Lakenvelders are a nice looking breed. Got a lakenvelder pullet that made herself into a bucket baby while being a free ranger that the son plans on showing at the March show. I have to admit though, most of the roosters can be snot heads which is the nice way of putting it.

Would love to see a picture of the painting of your rooster.

Good morning folks

Congrats 2strayroos!!!

I still have a bit of congestion hanging onto me from that nasty
cold that put me in bed for a few days last week. I need to find
something to knock it out as I am SO tired of this cough. I have
noticed over the last few years that Feb. seems to be chick fever
explosion month........I wonder if the trend will hold true this year too.

I will try to download it. If you are on BYC FB page, you will see it on there. Got to have a total knee replacement next Tues. so chicken chores will be put to a halt for me for a little while. Sure will miss them. That will be my incentive to get back on my feet again for sure. Thanks CSB for the congrats. I was just checking my FB newsfeed and there he was! What a surprise! Bless his heart he has over 4000 likes! Bought one of those chicken swings so hopefully I can get some pictures of the girls swinging
