Just got in from the BREAKFAST KNOOK. Stretched my fence today... 6 feet is really not tall enough... It would help if I was a jockey rather than 6'2"! Buried the fence 6 inches. Looks like more money will b spent on fencing. Yikes! Then I gotta come up with a top for the 25X25 pen with trees. ( please insert suggestions here!) Hope to see y'all soon!

secretquail, I'll bring ya 2 doz. and I should have some Brahma eggs to put in also they look like extra large compared to some of my bantams eggs, can't imagine how small quail eggs are.. I forgot to tell ya'll went to put everyone up for the night and did head count, well my only blk hen was missing, I looked all over for her and knew I had just seen her begging at the back door about an hour earlier, well after looking under every bush and in every crevise I took the flash light and went into the shed where we store our wood, and looked down between the first 2 piles and there she is sitting on 12 eggs, thank goodness I found her she is now safe inside with the others and the eggs are in the firdge, I'll not bring you those sq, lol I lost 2 hens last year because they hid out instead of nesting inside their coop, I sure didn't want to start off this year that way.. so another happy ending..

I am really getting excited for this show! Hubby wants a pair of runner ducks. I want a few calls...we both want some polish...We'll be bringing lots of crates and boxes.
